चीनको यो गाउँ संसारकै सबभन्दा धनी : सबै गाउँले करोडपति

गाउँको नाम लिँदा मान्छेको दिमागमा गरीबी, अशिक्षा र कच्ची घरको छवि आउँछ । तर चीनमा एउटा यस्तो गाउँ छ जहाँ अत्यन्तै धनी मान्छे बस्छन् । चीनको उत्तरी तटमा बसेको जियांगयिनमा रहेको हुआझी देशभरिकै धनी गाउँ हो । यो गाउँमा बस्ने सबै दुई हजार मान्छेको वार्षिक आमदानी एक करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी छ ।

सन् १९६१ मा बसाइएको यो गाउँमा शुरूशुरूमा स्थिति अत्यन्त खराब थियो । तर गाउँका कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीका पूर्वअध्यक्ष वु रेनवाओले गाउँमा आमूल परिवर्तन ल्याए । वुले औद्योगिक विकास योजनाका लागि पहिला त गाउँका निरीक्षण गरे अनि मल्टी सेक्टर इन्डस्ट्री कम्पनी बनाए । अनि उनले सामूहिक खेती प्रणालीको नियम बसाए । त्यसपछि उनले सन् १९९० मा कम्पनीलाई शेयर बजारमा दर्ता गराए । गाउँलेलाई कम्पनीको शेयरहोल्डर बनाइदिए ।
गाउँमा कृषि उत्पादनका अलावा फलाम र रेशम विशेष रूपमा बनाइन्छ । यो गाउँले सन् २०१२ मा ९.६ अरब डलरको फाइदा ग-यो । फाइदाको हिस्सा कम्पनीका शेयरहोल्डरहरूलाई बाँडियो ।यहाँ ५० वर्षभन्दा बढीका महिला र ५५ वर्षभन्दा बढीका पुरुषलाई हरेक महिना पेन्सनका साथसाथै चामल र तरकारी पनि दिइन्छ ।

यहाँ अन्य गाउँबाट आएका शरणार्थी मजदुर पनि २० हजार जति छन् ।यो गाउँ कुनै हाइटेक शहरभन्दा कुनै कम छैन । सन् २०११ मा यहाँ ७४ तल्ले लांग्झी अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय होटेल समेत बनेको थियो । होटेल बनाउन कुनै ऋण लिइएको थिएन, गाउँले आफैंले बनाएका थिए । यसका अलावा यो गाउँमा सबै किसिमका सुखसुविधा उपलब्ध छन् ।
