After that, we will cook it. We will heat pressure cook and oil. Then, fry onion unless it is brown color. Now, add meat that have been mixed earlier, fry it for while till it gets dry and oil comes out from meat. After that we will add tomatoes and stir it and let it cook for while then, add water and cover it properly.


Leave cooker to cook till it gets two, three siti. Here are the necessary ingredients for khasi ko masu: mutton, tomato, onion, meat masala, sunflower oil, red chilli, turmeric powder, salt, curd, ginger & garlic, cloves and cardamom powder. Cloves and cardamom powder must be kept at the last as it gives good fragrance as well as flavor.


First, take a big bowl and put meat in it. Then, add turmeric powder, meat masala, salt to taste, ginger and garlic paste and curd. Now, mix it very well so that all ingredients get combined properly. We have used curd in it as it makes curry very tasty. Now, leave it for half hours without stirring it at all.
